Join us as we kick off our FREE clinic series with Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon. The clinic will be hosted by our Race Director, Joe LoPresto. Joe is also the Founder and Head Coach of Experience Triathlon, our title sponsor and official coaching partner. Coach Joe will provide an overview of the sport of triathlon, how to properly train for the event, what gear to purchase, and what resources are available to prepare you for a great race day. This clinic is primarily for first timers and athletes newer to triathlon. Bring your questions!

Get ready to Tri with Experience Triathlon’s 12th annual Beginner Tri Training Class.

Our USAT Certified Coaching staff will help you prepare for your first triathlon. Both weekly workouts and educational clinics on swim, bike, run and transitions are included in this 6-week program. This class will have a special focus for preparing athletes for the ET Batavia Triathlon on June 11, 2017.

ET Swim 101 provides adult learn-to-swim instruction and practice in a small class format. Participants will be introduced to lap swimming with the goal of eventually joining the ET Masters Swim program. This class will help prepare athletes for the ET Batavia Triahtlon on June 11, 2017.

Would you like to ride the race course? Join the coaching staff of Experience Triathlon for this supported group ride on the actual race course. Riders must have a helmet. The streets will not be closed to traffic for this ride.

Are you nervous about the swim? This clinic is a great way to get experience and swim at the Harold Hall Quarry, our actual race swim venue, under the guidance of the ET coaching staff. You’ll get to practice swimming and learn tips and techniques for having a successful race day swim.

Are you ready to race?  Join our Race Director and expert level triathlon coach, Joe LoPresto for this very helpful clinic on preparing for a successful race day. Topics such as how the race day will flow, what time to arrive, where to park, how to set up your transition space, packing for the race, pre-race nutrition, what to wear, how to do a transition from swim-to-bike and bike-to-run, staying hydrated, USAT rules, mental strategies and an overview of the race course will be covered.
